When browsing our webshop, you can select your groceries of choice. Upon completing your payment during checkout, you'll promptly receive an order confirmation. Subsequently, our customer service team will reach out to you via WhatsApp to provide updates on your order. Our skilled pickers will meticulously gather your items, ensuring the selection of the freshest products with the latest expiry dates. Additionally, our customer service representatives will notify you of the exact delivery time. Following the delivery, we'll get in touch with you to ensure everything met your expectations, as we strive for nothing less than 100% customer satisfaction. How much does this service cost?

At checkout, you'll see a breakdown of charges that includes:

  1. The total price of the items in your basket.
  2. A delivery charge of €6.95 to ensure safe and timely shipping.
  3. A service fee of €4.95, which includes the picking and packing of the freshest groceries for your order, ensuring you receive only the best quality products. Additionally, this fee covers outstanding live customer support to assist you with any inquiries or issues you may have throughout your shopping experience.

We want to emphasize that we are not a 10-minute delivery service with limited options. Instead, we are an online supermarket with 2500+ products in our catalogue for you to choose from. Despite our wide selection, we pride ourselves on delivering your order very quickly to your door, no matter how big or heavy it is!

FAQs

Will vegetables and fruits be of good quality?

In the store, your order is collected by a personal shopper. In case a product in the store ran out of stock or the whole batch has poor quality, our customer service agent will contact you, explain the situation and offer replacement options.

Is there a minimum order amount?

Minimum order amount is €30 including fees. We are doing our best to reduce this amount in the future and keep our delivery service level high.

Do you deliver to my postcode?

At the moment, our delivery service covers Luxembourg City, Strassen, Bertrange and Hesperange. We're actively working on expanding our delivery coverage to nearby communities. You can use our zip code checker to determine if we currently deliver to your area or if it's still pending.

Do you deliver on public holidays?

At present, we do not offer delivery services on Sundays and public holidays. Nevertheless, we are actively engaging in discussions with our suppliers to extend our delivery service to include these days as well!

Is next-day delivery available on all orders?

In the above table, you'll find details regarding our delivery time slots. Of course, it's always possible to schedule your delivery for a later time, day, or week to accommodate your preferences.

Do I need to be there to sign for delivery?

No signatures are required as all transactions are logged by our customer service team. Simply collect your bags upon delivery and organize your groceries in your kitchen.

What if I'm not at home when the delivery takes place?

On the checkout page, you'll have the option to choose what happens if you won't be at home for delivery: we can leave the bags in front of the entrance door to your building, or we can reschedule the delivery for a later time, though an additional delivery fee of 6,95€ will be charged.

I have forgotten to buy an item! Can I quickly add it to my basket?

In case you have forgotten items, you can contact us via chat, email or phone and we will add it to your order in case your basket is not yet collected by your personal shopper.

I'm not happy with some products inside my basket.

In case you are not happy with one of the products, please contact us via email or chat and we'll ensure we find a suitable solution. Either way, you'll only pay for the basket of groceries you're satisfied with.

Can I order a large quantity of 1 product?

You can place such an order, but please contact us first to check if we have this quantity of product in stock. The same goes for heavy products like multiple water packs.
While abusive orders may not be accepted, we will still endeavor to fulfill as much of your order as possible, regardless of its weight 🙂

How and when is payment processed?

Payment is done electronically upon confirmation of your order at checkout page. You can pay by credit card. We use Stripe – the most secure online payment service used by popular online services.

What delivery service are you using?

We provide picking, packing and delivery by our own in-house service. However, during times of high pressure picking and packing, and delivery services may be performed by third parties, which may include retailer personnel, independent contractors, and third party logistics providers.
